HD(heavy duty) Adjustable Stabilizer Link
Stabilizer link is connecting the sway bar and the suspension arm (or damper). When the height of a vehicle is lifted, the angle of the lower arm changed. HD adjustable stabilizer link allows to adjust the link length and let the sway bar function effectively. HD adjustable stabilizer link made from tight ball joints and with rubber boots to extend its life.
HD adjustable stabilizer links allow you to fine tune the position your sway bar for optimum handling. The adjustable stabilizer link manufactured from high tensile Forged Aluminum /Steel alloy materials with tight ball joints and rubber boots for superior strength and rigidity to extend its life. An absolute must for any lift vehicle.

Central body is made of cold drawn seamless HEAVY DUTY steel tube/Forged Aluminum alloy
Ball-pins and ball studs
These are made of chromium steel 40CR . The hardness of this material ensures maximum strength of the part and prevents the part from breaking at extreme impact. Another advantage of chromium steel is that it is more rust-resistant than carbon steel.
Ball joint housing & the connecting bolts are all-in-one forged, extremely high strength,will not break during off-road driving, 2 times stronger than welding ball joints.
Dust cover is made of Chloroprene rubber (CR)
- It provides maximum resistance to chemical substances.
- It offers the best sealing from moist and dust.
- It is very elastic, which is necessary as the ball-pin is constantly in movement.
Buffering rubber
Made of polyurethane(TPU), red/blue color, excellent abrasion resistance and low temperature flexibility, tear resistance, ozone and weathering resistance.
Corrects geometry and improves performance of front swaybar on lifted vehicles
Prevents swaybar from contacting axle housing at full suspension droop
Maintains proper balance between front swaybars for safer, more predictable on-road driving
